Central Ohio | I don't understand why a grain contract isn't binding to the elevator to take the grain during the contracts specified time period. I don't see a lot of difference between an elevator not having storage for their contracts and a farmer having a production shortfall - the elevator would still expect to get the bushels, so why should the elevator get out of taking contracted grain due to poor space management? | |
