perryton, tx | 7 years ago was t-boned by a semi at an intersection of gravel roads. We were both traveling probably 60 mph. The airbag in my truck saved my life for sure, but even so i suffered a broken arm, sternum, and neck, plus a fractured eye socket. To this day i have no memory of any of it-from about 2 hrs before the collision to about 10 days after is a giant blank spot in my mind which i imagine is probably for the best. This incident was a perfect example of getting in a hurry with a bunch of stuff to do and flat out not paying attention-i feel extremely lucky to have survived but learned a huge lesson. | |
