Subject: No-till soybean populations

SC Minnesota
I apologize up front if this has been already covered. ( I don't get a lot of time to keep up with the boards). I just bought a used 2001 Sunflower 9412 No-till drill with 10" spacing and went through the openers, adjusted them properly and replaced the ones in the dual tracks. What population for soybeans should I plant? I use treated beans and plant 120k-130k with the 30" planter in conventional, strip-till and no-till. Can the newer drills plant/place seed accurate enough to go at a lower rate (130k or so)? The seed sales man recommends 180k, but I want to go around 140-150k.
