Panhandle of Ne. | Had this happen 13 years ago when we moved and needed a loan to buy a house. Heck, we were paying half of the purchase price as down payment. Long story short, applied for loan for the other half, they didn't undestand how a farm works ie. no weekly paycheck, and we were turned down. Went to our local bank that understands ag., they loaned us the money. I would definitely check with the bank you use for your ag loans, they should be able to help answer your questions or help in some other way. | |
