I personally don't have an issue with people getting big, or even real big, but it is the inability or the unwillingness of those that offer them credit to do their homework that then cost them in a BR court (that is then passed on to everyone else) that I have an issue with

I also would personally be more interested in buying "junk" land that has been used, abused, neglected, let grow up ect that needs work and investment VS going around and leasing/buying up all the premium ground

the guy looking to farm for the tax break or for the ability to shift earnings and losses should also be the one that is willing to hire people to tile, cut brush, ditch, build levies ect to make crap productive VS just taking something that is already in top condition and doing about the same with it
