Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | I understand what your saying but you are contradicting yourself. In the first sentence you said the ground "hasn't made that good of crops lately". In the last sentence you said, "which we have had quite a few good years on this place". Are you averaging out OK?
Some landlords just like the ease and security of a cash lease and a little more with a bonus. I have a half a dozen crop share landlords and they make out like bandits on the good years...way more than the highest cash rents being paid. They average out pretty good over the years. |
