Neighbor had some a few years ago. Other neighbors said it was worth about $800/acre or so. Moderate wind came along and put it all on the ground. Seeds are smaller than canola. That event convinced us of how it will fit in to our rotation - camelina acres = 0. I see we can get insurance on it now... that wont change our minds, ever.
