Yes we have run across that down here too. My theory is that they always have been doing it, but when we worked ground we filled in the little suck holes each year without knowing it. After converting to notill the hole just keeps getting bigger till you fix it or it plugs said tile, then you fix 10-20 ft of it. Just my .02.
