We've been having this problem for several years. Many times have dug up what looks to be a small blow hole only to come across a small hole chewed in the plastic tile. Doesn't necessarily have to be a stand pipe or outlet close by. Have seen them several hundred feet from a sp or outlet. Tileman claims they dig down to the tile in dry weather to get moisture.
