Sounds like it got damp somewhere along the line.
I won't spread that stuff , with a spinner you have to drive on 50' or less and still doesn't do a good job. Fert plant doesn't want to pay the extra $$ neither does the farmer , so it's your fault when streaks show up. It's a no win for the applicator.
It's not the "prilled" that's at fault, prilled is good no dust.
