Subject: Dec. 4th and still alive

Prairie Home MO
Drilled these radishes with a Case IH 330 turbo-til the end of Sept.. After silage. 5 3/4 lb/a. Wanted to get them in sooner but had to do a little dirt work and then grided and had to wait to spread some lime. Then we were extremely dry for a couple of weeks after sowing them. They germinated but didn't grow much until about the 15th of Oct. It did get down to low twenties last week and burnt them but are still alive. This week it going to be colder all week. Also spread 50lb feed oats with them. In Cen. MO. Will no-til soybeans into them.
