southern MN | There was a 5 year period when plows were parked some here in Nicollet County. See as many plows as we did before now; frankly my plow once seems more ecconomical and less soil disturbance than chopping stocks, ripping, and disking. One pass for me as much as possible. Plow in fall, field cultivate in spring, and plant. Less fuel, less passes, & cheaper machines than what I see in other counties.
