Shop around and I'll bet you can find a better rate. You may be better off to fly to a more popular place like Paris or Munich and then ride a train to Prague. We have found that paying a travel agent to sort out all the travel details is worth the price when compared to all the hair pulling that it takes to buy airline tickets on the net for a trip like this.
