Near-north Ontario, French River | I find drinking gatorade really helps, I think the salt in the drink help you to retain liquid and you get a small boost of energy from the sugars. Really seems to settle my stomach. 7-up or ginger ale will often help too. I was going to suggest that you drink milk as soon as possible, but that's just my twisted sense of humour LOL. I actually did that when I was much much younger, I don't think I had even put the glass back down on the the counter top before that glass of milk came back up... Lesson learned ! lol |
