We put it on at an angle in the spring. We go at angle so that when we plant a row unit doesn't follow a knife furrow. We are no-till so that may matter more to us than those that work the ground after application. We do see some stiping in the field until the corn gets going. It is worse when it's cool. We have not seen any yield difference or damage to the plants that exhibit the striping.
