That looks great but if it's annual ryegrass you may have some trouble killing it with round up, I did. Better go with a high rate as I had to come back and spray mine a second time. I much prefer cereal rye, more growth and more roots and easier to kill in spring. I'm trying to do the same as you on my farm, I think cover crops will make a big difference over time in yield and soil tilth. Good job, just go heavy on the ru.
