I like a high wing plane with a window that can be opened in flight.
Climb to 8,000 ft above the terrain.
Circle, in a 60° bank angle, above the fields and areas of interest. This way the pictures are just about on a 90° angle to the ground for a near linier photo.
I find I see more interesting details in the pictures than I remember seeing.
