North West Kansas | Sound like crap. We have decent support. The manger knows me by name and has called my cell phone to see how something was working for us. Their parts counter leaves some to be desired but they try. I was giving the new parts manger a hard time how they had to order parts for our combine every time, and he told me that we had the only one in the area that was that size, everyone else has the size smaller, I guess thats what we get for having the odd ball. We have had to wait for parts a couple times this year but they had them here as quick as UPS could get them to us. The worst break down was on the evening of July 2nd, so they could not get the part shipped out until the morning of the 3rd, but it arrived on the morning of the 5th. We even had the parts manger meet us halfway with parts one evening after hours. I guess we have it pretty good. Our dealer is also a Cat Ag dealer, the construction store is separate.
