| It sounds like that service manager needs a "tune-up". We deal some with Atlantic Tractors herre, and get along great. I will say that they did have a service manager at one time in the local store that was a real smart ass, but I got along OK wiht him. Anyhow, one day he got smart with one of the local big operators who had a machine broke down and needed parts. Sent a guy in to pick up the parts, and he wouldn't give him the parts. I don't know why he did that.... but he cleaned his desk out before the day was out. It took one phone call to head office, and he was gone. Period.
They take service very seriously here, and I'd probably make a point of buying more Cat gear if the need arose for that very reason. The provide parts and service, fast.
