<p>Or you can look at the ones that at least here made 5 year deal back in 07 on cheep grain prices, thoses boys made money not the owner. Everyone I talk to say Im stuck till 12,13,14 with a low land rent. I have been nice to my landowners and give them a bump even if I have contract only fair taxes go up and such so then in a bad year they MAY cut you some slack</p>
