NW Barton County Missouri | The only problem i have with a multi-year lease in todays world is say im paying $300 ac cash rent at todays price of $6 corn and $11 beans. What happens when corn goes to $3 and beans go to $8 next fall? Im not saying they will, but its possible. I do like knowing i'll have the ground for Xamount of years but it could get very ugly if prices tank. Im in the process of working out a flex rate lease. When i get it figured out i'll email you what i come up with. |
