New Mexico | the middle fair base is say 12k per, and expecting a $500 hit to 11.5k with lease still on, but possibly 12.5k with lease off.
That is $1000 +/- per total sales spread benefit with lease off.
Perhaps depends on the price of true love so to speak.
Might be a couple bidders who just like CLEAN deals ( the best of the best kinda stuff ).
They may run it to 14 to 15k with lease off too.
Leaving the lease on Limits the upper topside of the land sale. MO.
