Subject: Load out chute for hogs

Hospers Iowa
I have a customer that I'm building a load out chute for loading out hogs. He wants it to be adjustable from a horse trailer to semi height. Could somebody tell me the height of a semi door and also what width the door is. Another problem I need to solve is the semi will be backing down a slope to the chute at a pretty steep angle. I'm worried if I build the chute plum the top of the trailer is going to hit the building before it gets close to the chute. The chute is on the north side so he wants the chute fully enclosed with a door to stop the snow from blowing in. I could build it at the angle of the trailer when its backed in but don't know if that would look good. I'm thinking about taking a piece of flat steel and hinging that on the chute and after the truck backs up flipping that over onto the truck. But what if the truck is off the chute one way or the other the flap won't work then. Anybody got any ideas for me? Thanks.
