Rolla, ND | If it's 3/4 of an inch, it will make it. Especially no-till. Harrowing it would be a great way to kill it once it's sprouted. Landroller generally won't work if the drill leaves any sort of ridge because it will ride in the ridge and not do anything right where you want it too.
Just don't worry, as long as you had good sized hybrid seed 3/4 of an inch it should make it even if it's concrete. Of course you likely will lose 2/3 of the stand but that's pretty normal. Anything you do will likely only make it worse.
Quit worrying about it too much, it takes at least several hours for it to be wiped out. Go fishing. | |
