If your aussie agronomist doesn't know what drought conditions look like then you may want to get another agronomist.

Think about what you just wrote - my farm is only raising 30% of its potential wheat because i'm short some micro nutrient? Give me a break. That would put my farm avg over 180 bpa.

We don't grow wheat out here like that because it's hot and dry during grain fill.

In short - no, it's not possible. We are only achieving 30% of our yield, at least the central and western parts, because no rain = no grain. 44 bpa avg x 30% = 13.2 bpa. Probably pretty darn close for a lot of folks.
