SW KS, near Dodge City | That was a pretty huge negative return for anybody that bought ground.
If they held onto it long enough it has recovered, but still is showing modest return #'s. Now those that bought right after the crash are showing very strong returns. So off the cuff I'd say that when an asset class had a bubble, crashed and has come full circle so that high prices paid during the bubble are showing a modest return... Well, it might indicate that we're in another bubble situation. | |
