CFTC can't even get implemented what congress has passed laws and instructed them to do. Enough of the members are bought and paid for by banking interests that they can't get the vote to even implement the teeth they were given by congress. Grow some teeth on their own initiative????  LOL, not a chance.

Born had her water cut off. They put her in a position where she could only bark and show her teeth but get nothing accomplished and finally got rid of her before she could spoil their fun because she was a thorn in their side. She had no backing. She was a lone voice in the financial wilderness. Greenspan and the whole bunch were against her. She had no chance to instill any reform.
