Make a marinade of 50% Franks Red Hot Sauce and 50 % Tequila. Leave the roast whole and inject the marinade into the meat, then place the roast and remaining marinade in a large freezer bag and soak overnight in the fridge. Wrap in foil and grill on low, about two - three hrs I think. Use a meat thermometer to ensure its done. You can slice and bag it when your done. Real simple and tastes awesome.
