ECIL | Wifey bought a 5.4 lb pork tenderloin yesterday for me to grill. I'm going to cut it into 1/4s and then grill the pieces so they can be frozen for later use. Then when I'm in the field this fall she can get start a good quick meal for her and the kids after she gets home from work and has to handle the kid activities. This will give her four good meals. I've done a few different marinades but am looking for some fresh ideas. They will be done on a charcoal grill.
