I recall when you posted that before - that is very nice and wish you were in this area, to do some a job for me.
That's a favorite trick of the trade, contractors own lots, realitor doesn't disclose that if you buy lot, you have to use that contractor . . . . ..  Contractor has lot marked down to seem like a good deal - but builds in extra profit on building.
I'd try going through a different realitor to buy it, with stipulation of using your own builder/contractor - see if it shakes loose then ? ??
