| The computer has done the post office in. People an businesses send an recieve there bills online. I think the biggest thing to hurt the post office is when banks sent most off there statements online rather then through the mail. Use to be everybody recieved there check blanks throught the mail. Then they quit doing that an sent papers with images off the check instead off the actual check. Then went online altogether for alot of them. That was a big money maker for the post office. I get mine that way so i am as guilty as anybody. Makes me wonder if we will lose our Sat service as well as rural service no matter what post office. They could save a ton off money doing that | |
