NEMO | JMHO, since the "break-up" is only a month old and was pretty nasty as you say, it will take some time for the wounds to heal. Best thing you can do for her now, is to just be there for her. Be her best friend. Be the one who listens to her. Be the one who lends a shoulder for her to cry on. Remember, that relationships are 2-way. If she does not have the same "interests" in you as you do in her, a "forced" relationship is usually "doomed" from the start. I don't know how spiritual you are but I can tell you that prayer is a powerful thing. Pray for her. Pray for him. Pray for God to guide you. The outcome may not be the one you want, but it will be the right one. At 20 yrs old, you still have a lot of time for relationships. I never met my wife untill I was 25, married her at 27 and we started a family at 32. If it is meant to be, it will happen. Good luck to you. | |
