This is the second year we have had it around here and it generally starts a lot higher up and has a much browner look to it. You probably know more about this than me but that just doesn't look quite right. I agree with Steve & John (soil life): Ed's photos don't look anything like Goss's wilt or other bacterial infection. Most of what is happening with the corn in that photo is a combination of drought & N def. (and maturation perhaps). respectfully, |
