We've gone back and forth on cost benefit, but in the long run feel it pays. You won't know you needed it until it's too late.   We are more interested in the insecticide portion of the treatment  and at that point the fungicide is pretty cheap. No one can offer scientific proof or wants to back up the claim, but we have seen several times were a fall seed treatment has significantly reduced spring greeenbug infestations. We are going to treat everything planted before mid Oct with Gaucho XT.
