Subject: Seed wheat treatments

Hoisington, KS
Are they worth it? With the ongoing drought and no moisture in the forecast it doesn't seem like a fungicide would be worth the extra cost this year? All the agronomists I talk to say it will pay for itself especially if you're no-tilling wheat back into wheat stubble. I've never used any seed treatments and have had good luck no-tilling back into wheat stubble. The local Co-op is offering Cruiser Maxx insecticide/fungicide combo, and Dividend XL RTA fungicide only.
