IL | Well, I am think along those lines as well. This harvest it is just myslf and my 12 yr old son taking it out, helping after school. He runs the combine, and he does a darn good job of watching everything like wash outs. Heck, if there's a weed patch, he'll raise it a bit just in case there is a bump he can't see. Been on me for 2 weeks to start shelling. :)
With the fewer bushels, it will be easier on me to get hauled away. And with the better $$, it will help me gear up for when the bushels are more plentiful. and TILE.
