| If I make more than they do after expenses are figured I try to split everything over and above those costs 50/50. Will usually try to tie that bonus in with an extension of the lease, like a signing bonus. I will also do gift certs of some type whether I make anything or not. I have a good long-term relationship with all my landlords and try to be fair with them and keep them happy. | |
