King City, Mo | We are about ready to start our house. We could never find a plan online that we really liked. Tied googleing the type of plan we wanted. Yes, ours has those dormers you don't like, but to each their own. We are useing the upstairs for a couple of bedrms a bathroom and a bonus rm.

You seem to have an idea of a few of the things you want. You need to get a rough idea of how you want the house to lay out, and your spot and then contact a builder. Most will draw up rough plans for free and then require a depoist that is credited to you once they are hired to build your house. | |
