Subject: Re: Thanks Dan I found a gem

West Union, IOWA FLOLO Farm 52175

I don't have a clue on the contractual stuff.... what I'm saying is it made dang hard to rent ground here that would cash flow for a long time.   Some of the things that went on when CRP was implemented would make ILLFF look elgiable for Sainthood.

Especially when banker "had" clients retiring and rolling good ground in CRP cause it was a safe bet?   Heck I even saw a guy or 3 get sold out of farming, roll the farm into CRP and start back farming bigger then ever.... nearly debt free.

It don't matter to me..... they're only getting 6ft deep in the end. We've all been dealt our own Deck of cards......what you do with them is your game.
