Im willing to say that a guy with payed for land and some rain will very easily net 1000 an acre this year.

I know of a man who farms a payed for 320 and he worked about 15 days last year and is pretty well rich after binning all of last years 200bu corn crop and selling it for $6.40 He Planted it with a 7000 deere, combined it with a 9500 deere. And payed the neigbor to spray it once. So maybe he didn't work 15 days last year.
