Northwest Ks | shoulda started 2 years ago before the market took off, around here a bred cow is worth 400-600 a head more than one of equal value was 2 years ago, gunna need to find some grass before buying anything though and most likely renting would be the best situation for now, if you can make it feasible, although you don't have your location listed, if it was me i would be getting drought pairs out of ok/tx/southern ks if i could, alot of cheaper cows and pairs listed in the high plains journal down there and with the prices where they are at the calf off the cow at weaning would probably pay for half the cow right away | |
