Wallis, TX | I sent my daughter off to college three years ago, she graduated this past May. Room mates were the biggest issue she had to deal with. I have always said community or local Junior College is the best for the first year, live at home and get used to college. My daughter went straight to a 4 year university over 4 hours away, not my idea, I just couldn't talk her out of it. She had some problems and yes we went to bat for her. She is still my baby.
Everything will work out, may take some help from ya'll, may not, just give it some time and be there if she needs help. As for her living with a lesbian, I just think there are worse things that she could be, drug addict, murderer, whatever. My daughter's first room mate seemed OK at first, but turned out to be a slob, even my son thought she was messy! | |
