That's one of the downsides to high commodity prices, they lead to higher input costs. Which is ok if you always make a good crop, but if you don't, you can really get in a bind. It's like going from the quarter slots to the high dollar blackjack table. The stakes are higher, you can win big, but you can also lose big.
