Paul it hasn't happened yet. Bunge created this by overselling. they are contracted to buy it. From what I am hearing there was no stipulation in there contract. They have to compete with the rest of the buyers. They are just trying to become the go to guys for China. Still unclear if VT3 pro is approved in china or not. Can't get a straight answer.
