In my neck of the woods, and like many of you reading this rents are pushing $500.00 in good spots, ground selling for $7,500 to $11,000.00. I just heard yesterday at a plot tour look to add another $150.00 to $200.00 to your inputs for 2012......Yikes! We have farmers knocking door to door trying rent ground out from under other farmers at these prices just to get more ground before it goes higher.. I hate to say it LET THIS BUBBLE BURST!!!!!!!!! Bring some of these "ground hogs" down to size. J.M.O.
