When we sold our old crap shack this spring we thought we needed a lawyer. I talked to a banker freind of mine and she said the title company can do the same thing as the attorney and for way less. I was amazed how fast the paper work can move when you don't have idiot realators involved. I called on Monday and we closed on Friday. So much for the 6 weeks the realators say you need.
