Hi, my oldest son is in the process of buying a house in MN and we are unsure if he should get an attorney to look over what the supposedly neutral attorney did in drawing up the deed and issuing the title opinion.  It's a cash transaction, no banks involved.

I've seen the title opinion and there doesn't seem to be any problems, but still wonder if he should have his own man look it over.  Any thoughts?
