| Does anybody know what soybean hay is worth? I've heard coffee shop talk of $200+ per ton. The best a hay buyer could offer me was $110/ton. There may not be many tons out there; I'd be surprised if I had more than 1 to 1 1/2 tons on my dry upland. The leaves are still green, but the pods are flat (20 - 30 pods per plant), and there is not much chance of rain that I can see. What are others doing with their beans? My location: 60 miles NE of Wichita, KS. | |
