tennessee | Cotn, this is looking like one yr. I remember when it quit raining late. I had great looking beans until that happened and ending up cutting alot of 5 bu. beans. My 4's are done and without rain before long my 5's will be too. Hate to see a pretty crop go this way. I can't believe mine have looked as good as they have with almost no rain here since end of June. Prove's to me that we don't need alot of rain to make a crop we just need it at the right time, don't look like we're gonna get it. I've only got 60% level coverage on my insurance and some of my APH's are not that great. Gonna be a slim Christmas around here if things don't change. Good luck to you. Jeff | |
