Subject: Re: Ed Winkle-or others-Question

Martinsville, Ohio
I have walked a bunch of double crop beans this week and we aren't going to spray any of them. We have some Septoria Leaf Spot in all of them, slight to moderate, none severe. I thought about a half shot of Headline on mine but the new growth is so healthy I just used my 15-3-3 with a quart of boron and a quart of manganese in it, Ignite, clethodin, insecticide and added no Headline or other fungicide. If I had it on hand I might have put it in but since I didn't, I didn't go chasing it down or order any. Next year I will have it on hand come spray time. I already had flowers so burnt some flowers but the new growth looks good. Just need rain now. Concerned about harvest issues with full rate of fungicide but Jack Frost usually kills the double crops and I should not be concerned.

Ed
